As a Facility Manager looking after the Staff Management, Housing and Gardening, Maintenance of complete premises (Approx. 20317 Sq. Ft.) & complete facilities and Admin. Job. Including budget and expense. Presently looking after TCS, Victoria Park site.

In Indian Air Force as Senior Non Commissioned Officer (In Mechanical Transport Fitter trade ) from 13 Jun1987 to 30 Jun 2007 (20 yrs. in Automobile field).Overhauling, Periodical Servicing/ Maintenance, Snag analysis and rectification of all types of vehicles, power generating sets (Indian and Russian) and Aircraft starting aid.1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th line servicing of light and heavy vehicles and power generating sets which includes workshop practice, minor structural repairs.Inspection, repair, maintenance, snag analysis and rectification of hydraulic, Pneumatic, air conditioning, controls.Production planning, maintenance of production data and utilization of technical manpower’s.Driving experience in light and heavy vehicles (Indian and Russian).Day to day administrative, technical correspondence and store management Experienced in mainstream Provost & Security infrastructure.Inventory control.Supply chain management.Procuring activity and priority wise distribution.Bulk store maintenance and provisioning activities.
