As a Test Engineer at Deloitte from May 2021 to November 2023, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex software systems, with a specialized focus on Salesforce and Salesforce CRM testing. My responsibilities encompassed the end-to-end testing process, from developing comprehensive test plans to executing both black and gray box testing for released and in-development products. I demonstrated proficiency in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, contributing to the seamless deployment of high-quality software. Utilizing tools such as Jira, Postman, PiTest, DataDog, and Synthetic, I enhanced the efficiency of test case management, defect tracking, and overall collaboration within the cross-functional teams. My expertise extended to writing and executing automated test scripts for Salesforce, employing Selenium and Cucumber. In addition to manual and automated testing, I actively contributed to the improvement of quality engineering processes within Salesforce projects, ensuring a robust testing framework. My analytical skills were put to use in understanding and analyzing the Salesforce Application Under Test, creating detailed test scenarios, and identifying critical end-to-end scenarios. I effectively tracked defects, selected test cases for re & regression testing, and utilized Azure DevOps for streamlined collaboration and project management in Salesforce projects. My time at Deloitte not only honed my technical skills but also fostered a collaborative and proactive approach to software testing, laying a solid foundation for my continued growth in the field.
