With over 26 years of experience across the IT, ISP, and business development sectors, I have consistently driven innovation and growth in each project I’ve led. My career began in 1998, primarily focused on IT and ISP, but since 2006, my role has evolved toward company formation, strategic planning, and business establishment.In 2006, I was tasked with launching Bangladesh's first vehicle-tracking business named Ntrack. This groundbreaking venture achieved a 35% annual growth rate under my leadership, transforming the landscape of vehicle tracking in the country. Alongside this, I was instrumental in founding two other companies—a thriving consumer electronics business named Nitol Electronics and an FM radio station named **Radio Next 93.2 FM**, one of the leading FM radio channels. Both ventures were successfully set up and managed, strengthening my expertise in diverse industries.Currently, I’m focused on the concrete block manufacturing industry, which aligns with our government's commitment to sustainable construction practices. My role involves overseeing operations, scaling production, and ensuring that we meet both industry and environmental standards. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a unique ability to build and grow businesses from the ground up, bringing a blend of operational expertise, strategic foresight, and a commitment to innovation.
