I am the country lead for the new vaccine introduction projects in India. JSI India is the lead technical partner supporting the national and state governments in the introduction and expansion of Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV) and Rotavirus Vaccine (RVV) in the routine immunization programme in India.

I am the national program manager for the Rotavirus vaccine introduction project at JSI India. We are the lead partner agency supporting the Ministry of Health, Government of India in the introduction of Rotavirus vaccine in the routine immunization program. Till now, the vaccine has been introduced in 11 states of India, covering an annual borth cohort of nearly 15 million.
