O Ensured the success of the event, Fundraising Week for Education by managing and communicating with the fellow committee, adhering to the timeline, being proactive and taking responsibility.O Co-Organised a fundraising event for all university students and staff.O Raised and donated RM1K+ to our beneficiary, Teach for Malaysia by setting up a fundraising booth and having a donation campaign over a period of week.

O Responsible for planning and managing the logistics for all ICS-related activities.O Responsible for securing vendors, purchasing props and materials, arranging venues, equipment, and decorations for events, keeping track of schedules, and coordinating with suppliers. O Arranged for relevant suppliers, food and beverages and event set up for 500+ participants by contacting and negotiating with suppliers getting the society discounts.O Provided the treasurer with all the required receipts and adhered to the budget.

o Selected among 500+ participants with challenges presented to us from making Instagram posts to a 5-hour-long virtual challenge consisting of fun activities, debates, and presentations.o Serve as a bridge between Maybank and the University of Nottingham Malaysia while accurately representing the company and it’s values. o Assisted in event planning while being critical of the details, overlooked and planned the activities involving 50+ attendees, managed and effectively communicated with the attendees as the event manager for an ambassadors hangout event. o Acted as the Vice - Organizing Chairperson for an ambassador’s sports tournament. Communicated with different places via call and text to book a venue within a limited span of 1 day, discussed the quotation and negotiated the cost, handled all the event's finance-related matters and closely worked with the Organizing Chairperson to counter problems and actively suggested solutions. Managed to reduce the initial cost by 30% by considering more economical alternatives and negotiating with the relevant parties as the Vice-Organizing Chairperson.o Coordinated with other ambassadors to make a reel for World Environment Day to raise awareness reaching 3000 people.o Organizing Chairperson for a Nottingham visit to Maybank which was a huge success with excellent participation. Led the whole team to success.o Won #Mbassador merit, roaring tiger and ultimate squad award out of 200+ ambassadors.

o Conducted data massaging using large amounts of data on existing loans in Malaysia and other subsidiaries in overseas countries to retrieve credit classification ratios for each country to create interactive dashboard. Analysed reasons for adverse ratios to assist with management action.o Led the Vintage Analysis initiative for the entire business banking segment in Malaysia to assess the risk of new borrowers. Assisted in briefing and expanding the initiative to Maybank overseas units. o Largely involved in preparing the credit risk dashboard for all segments. o Worked independently with minimal supervision to initiate processes for new report inclusions which involved extensive data mining, analysis and Microsoft Excel chart creation. o Analysed reasons for the discrepancy in RWA savings number within a short period of time. This assisted in the calculation of the revised figure avoiding wrong reporting and this initiative is to be continued as an official step in arriving at the number.o Involved in initiatives to optimize portfolio RWA and conducted analysis as required.o Delivered ad-hoc and periodic reports, dashboard, presentations and data to furnish requirement in monitoring portfolio risk. o Analysed credit applications and prepared summaries for management decision as part of the credit approval process for loan requests not meeting management guidelines or perceived as high risk to the bank. This process involved constantly dealing with authorities from business centres across Malaysia.o Revised and created Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), created briefing videos and trained proteges and permanent employees which is expected to shorten turnaround time by 40%.

O Served as a primary point of contact for students for issues of academic representation. O Collected feedback from students regarding the modules and actively responded to any queries or concerns.O Represented the students’ voices in the Learning Community Forum (LCF) Meeting and worked effectively with the Education Network members to address and solve academic concerns to improve the learning experience.O Prepared minutes for the LCF meeting.
