Arushi is an Engagement Manager with Strategy3 team at Ipsos UK. She has a decade experience in solving complex problems and driving growth for businesses across a range of sectors such as healthcare, retail, transport, automobile, infrastructure, education. Her previous experience is in running innovation programmes and change projects including employee experience, customer experience and sustainability projects, where she used innovation techniques such as design-thinking and service design. Her support to her clients also extended in stakeholder management and engagement across big organisations, owing to her calm nature in tense situations.Arushi has also worked on strategic projects using quantitative methods such as data analytics, AI and machine learning at KPMG. There, she collaborated with cross-functional teams on supply chain assessment, intangible asset management, technology and product assessment and market landscape studies, helping clients protect and commercialise their innovation, enter new markets, and transform their internal products, processes and controls.Arushi has a curious mind and loves exploring different problems, hatching out new ideas and developing them. Understanding user's pain points through design and qualitative research methods such as ethnography, and translating them into to innovative concepts and prototypes fascinates her. She is passionate about ‘business for good – for the people and the planet’ and works on ESG projects at Ipsos. She has authored whitepapers on ESG reporting and speaks at events often.
