Part of Liberty's B2B marketing team. Through design, I tried to identify customer’s buying patterns to understand their specific requirements across different market segments in Europe. I also built a pricing model to forecast prices for different products such as hot rolled coil, hot dip galvanised etc. using artificial intelligence. My efforts of combining design and data would enable Liberty to improve its existing offerings in the market and build a strong relationship with its customers, as prices impact major day-to-day business decisions.

The project aimed at unlocking new revenue opportunities and enhancing customer experience by developing strategic partnerships between client's airport hotels in UK and technology solution providers.To achieve this, I carried out interviews with different stakeholders to understand their objectives and solution offerings. I also designed a 2-day workshop focussed on understanding customer journey and pain points, identifying business needs and assessing solution fit. I was also responsible for managing the project from scratch.

I managed multiple projects simultaneously, carrying out project initiation formalities, developing key strategies for different project teams against different client projects, structuring work plans, managing client relationships, and conducting regular project meetings.I also led multiple cross functional R&D and Intellectual Property internal audits for a spectrum of clients such as technology MNCs, global technology leaders in smart digital networks etc. The audit recommendations helped clients revamp global strategies and achieve nearly 2x increase in net profitsAdditionally, I supported the leadership team in their business development efforts.
