- Ensure the daily operation of Amaris Hotel Slipi Jakarta adheres to operating procedure guidelines (responsible for 146 rooms, 3 meeting rooms, and 1 restaurant).- Responsible for hotel equipment inventory within restaurant and meeting rooms.- Responsible to provide miscellaneous supplies that needed for the restaurant and meeting rooms.- Work closely with other departments such as HR, finance, sales, engineering, front office, and housekeeping teams.- Handle complaints/problems and report all comments/complaints/problems to the supervisor.
