Responsible for the esatblishment of a new business area within Making Waves, related to strategic and operational use of Marketing Technology and Digital Marketing.

As head of Programmatic & Data at Schibsted Norway I was responsible for putting together a team of the most skilled people, launch and grow Schibsted's total programmatic offering in Norway, inlcuding data and audience products.

* Responsible for the implementation, launch and operation of Schibsted's Ad Exchange in Norway. * Together with the COO, set a strategy for the future of display advertising at Schibsted Sales in Norway, including programmatic buying and selling, with the goal of maximizing the revenues on Schibsted's remnant inventory.* Implement and manage development on Schibsted's Data Management Platform.

* Worked close with the product manager of data driven advertising (Audience Targeting) onstrategic advising, product development, research and analysis. * Together with the product manager successfully launched a mobile ad network forWebtraffic in Norway, including recruitment of publishers, technical implementation andstrategy on everything from pricing and products to presentation. * Managed a project for Schibsted Norway in evaluating and recommending an advertisingbooking system for the entire Schibsted Group in Norway. * Created and managed the product Dynamic Retargeting in Norway. * Started a project to measure and increase the visibility rate of the ads delivered in ournetwork that led to an increase of the visibility rate by over 20%, strengthening our positionas the number one ad network in Norway. * IAB Norway (INMA) committee member.
