As Campus Dean I was responsible for creating a dynamic, safe and challenging living and learning environment for students at Nyenrode. The campus as a learning environment where people can try new initiatives, learn from their mistakes, confronting their peers, putting theory into practice, but also take responsibility and make wise choices and decisions. I am a person who stimulates people to think and act for themselves, to challenge students to look at situations from more than one position and to interest them to go look for the bigger picture and the long term solutions.

De Hoge Dijk is a public golfcourse in Amsterdam. The main sources of income are memberships of the golfclub, business memberships, greenfee and events. Furthermore rental income from the golfschool, the restaurant and other parties were important. Regular memberships became less important and therefor we created multiple events for people in the Amsterdam region at the golfcourse. Personal attention, creativity, high service level and just being a friendly person where strong characteristics of the company culture that we created. I managed a team of 8 people, was responsible for the overall exploitation and needed to maintain the relationships with all other parties that were active at the golfcourse.

For 6 years I have worked for various clients on all kinds of marketing communication projects. I was responsible for bringing in my own clients and projects. Projects ranging from, new advertising campaigns, internal communication, rebranding, sales communication to house style development.
