I joined the Kinnevik Group in 2013 as HR Director at Millicom Digital Ventures. As part of the management team I aligned business and people strategies, defined and managed recruitment processess, talent management and leadership development. Millicom Digital Ventures employed 55 people in Stockholm and Bogota with the vision to build and invest in digital end-consumer products targeting more than 50 million users in Africa and Latin America. It was a subsidiary company to Millicom International Cellular S.A, based in Stockholm, Sweden. Millicom is part of the Investment AB Kinnevik group.In 2014 I joined the group holding company, Investment AB Kinnevik, as Talent Manager advising the CEO. Primary focus was on succession planning and recruitment, performance management and internal reviews. Strategic support and development of operational talent pipelines, board of directors talent pipelines and leadership assessments for the group's portfolio, at the time consisting of 40 companies employing approximately 90.000 people in 80 countries.
