With Polestar, I led the development team of Polestar.com, with SMO, I was responsible for the development of a Vision Impact Dashboard, with IMC, we developed a new talent recruitment platform and with Wonder and ONE.ai, I led the redesign and development of their marketing websites. For Lotus Cars Europe I was responsible for rolling out an improved collaboration model to facilitate a highly-efficient collaboration.

I managed the design and development teams and collaborated closely with our clients to guarantee delivery as promised. This required me to work with all kinds of people, time zones, and technologies in order to meet deliveries and expectations. I coordinated and managed a talented pool of resources across the 2 offices in Amsterdam and Budapest, using tools such as Jira, Slack, BaseCamp, Skype, Git, and Scrum boards.I was responsible for the overall project planning, and budgets of all projects and ensuring that the highest standards of services were met. I communicated with all stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and to address any concerns that arose. I maintained control over project timelines, budgets, and scope while ensuring that the client's needs were met.During my time at TWC, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, such as Disney, Samsung, Sony Pictures, HBO, VodafoneZiggo, Liberty Global, NOS, Redbox, Juke, TalkTalk. Each project was unique and required a different approach and I was able to successfully deliver all of them on time and within budget. My ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction, resulted in repeat business and strong relationships with our clients.

Ximon expanded it's Video on Demand service to the iPad, Sony, Samsung and LG connected TV's. In 2013 Ximon launched the first Dutch VOD service on Sony PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
