Working with the transportation process E2E in Ericsson which covers planning, purchase, execution and monitoring of logistic services both inbound and outbound. Area of responsibility include global responsibility of Ericsson's various models and system solutions in the area. Identifying improvement areas and with help of sub process managers, IS/IT experts, strategic drivers and business making sure we drive continuous improvements towards excellence. One major system we developed & implemented for International Freight was our TMS (SAP TM) solution, succesfully reducing cost in transport and sourcing areas.

Working with the Global Supply Chains of Microwave Networks. In Ericsson's Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) transforming customer demand information and product roadmap volume estimates into the dimensioning of our various Supply Chains in order to have as effective setups as possible.

Global Project Manager of doing assessments and process alignment within all nine Ericsson Supply Sites around the world. The project concerned both replenishment processes and way of working as well as roll out of system functionalities in SAP that should help us work more efficiently - using various measurements and site assessments as input for changes. Same Process Manager role of earlier M&A Procurement. Representing Supply Site Borås & Microwave Business in various central Ericsson projects concerning WoW & new IS/IT-solutions, both for purchasing and for planning. Among others local Project Manager of an Ericsson globally aligned forecast solution and after successful implementation handing it over to the Plan Process at end of 2013. Another example is a shorter assignment for improving the inbound setup at our sister factory in Brazil.

Stationed in Guadalajara, Mexico, on special 6 month short term assignment (STA) by Ericsson. Was part of a small taskforce dedicated to start up a new delivering site. It meant setting processes & ways of working, configuring IS/IT, hiring local labour, secure supply chains & distribution solutions etc. At the end of the project made a hand-over to the local organisation we created. My focus area was Sourcing and Replenishment.

Process Developer responsible for all of M&A Procurement to site Borås (>400 MEUR/year, ~250 Suppliers, ~40 Buyers). Regarding Operative Procurement I had support from a second Sub-Process Developer. Major accomplishments include a re-organisation into value-flows and the adaptation of Procurement to this setup. Another included the very successful implementation of the SAP IS/IT system (Ericsson's ONE) where I was the Project Manager for Replenishment M&A, leading a team of approx 6-7 full-time resources and several other part-time for a year.

Acting Manager for a department of 8 Process- and Performance Managers covering both Purchasing and Planning areas. Member of the Leadership Team of Procurement & Planning – setting targets, driving strategies as well as leading and coaching our group team members.

Various roles at the Ericsson production site in Borås; About 6 months as operator with setup & control of highly automated Robotic Electronics production (Surface Mounting). About 8 months as a Planner/Buyer working with several of Ericsson Borås international suppliers - from operative replenishment to tactical with buffer dimensioning, VMI, supplier performance & supplier development. About 12 months as Process Developer responsible for Operational Processes of Purchasing - working with Procurement, VMI implementations, Supply Chains, Operational Development, 6 Sigma concept, Performance- and Change Management etc.

Employed as Captain of S/Y Penelope - at the time one of the 100 largest private sailing yachts in the world with her 40m/130 feet. During my time aboard, I and my crew of five sailed the seas around France, Italy, Croatia and Montenegro. Exciting challenges in this role includes not only the team building but also all the competence & cooperative effort needed in running a ship itself.

During school holidays worked in various different fields - from robotic programming in medical research to user IS/IT support and PR activities in automotive industry. Due to me as younger competing a lot in sailing and qualifying as an official team member of the Swedish National Sail Racing Team I also in summers worked as sailing instructor for both novice children and competing youths.
