Responsible for the timely recruitment /screening /hiring /placement of qualified personnel from within and outside the organization; also responsible for compensation management and benefits administration, including plans and services, recreation and sports programs; Directs the administration of timekeeping, attendance monitoring, payroll and etc.; Develops, updates and reviews personnel policies and procedures on recruitment, compensation and employee welfare, and conducts benefits and personnel policy orientation.

Responsible for providing support in the various Human Resources functions such as recruitment, staffing, compensation and benefits as well as labor and employee relation. Develops, advises on and implements policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the organization in order to meet the company’s objectives.

Responsible in attracting candidates and matching them to jobs which includes job postings, screening, and deployment as well as developing and fostering close relationships with management of different branches.
