Additionally, I created layout proposals to optimize equipment and workstation arrangement for improved efficiency. Furthermore, I conducted process flow analysis to study man-machine interactions and make recommendations for enhancing process efficiency. Finally, I computed operator utilization rates and collaborated on developing standard working combination tables.
