MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:• Dedicated task as a requisitioner for all IT related assets and services through SAP S/4 HANA PR/PO. Responsible for coordinating and managing the procurement process for IT assets such as hardware, software, and other related services.• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.• Installing and configuring client computer systems. Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office.• Responsible for maintaining office Infrastructure, Internet, Wi-Fi, VPN, Servers and Data.• Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.• Maintaining inventories of hardware and software.• Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss.• Liaise with Corporate IT, where ever necessary to resolve issue/problem or work on Group level initiatives.• Contribute to various forms of documentation (Processes, Policies, Training Material, Quick Reference Guides, Knowledgebase articles).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:• Checking the computers infrastructure and accessories as well as installation of Operating System, Domain Server, File Server and Software. • Making sure that computer labs are well prepared and providing all programs used in teaching computer curriculum.• Visit & Diagnosis of computer hardware crashes, network fault and providing the necessary troubleshooting maintenance and resolve issue with equipment including laptops, desktops, printer, projectors, active board and other IT infrastructure.• Provide feedback and submitting monthly report on the internal network infrastructure, software imaging, internet and the IT help desk support department in the school.• Implementing, managing and keep updating for Windows Domain Server, Netsupport School, Library System, Network File Server, Firewall Server. • Keep updating for all CCTV Cameras in iVMS/VMS/CMS Software.• Installation of pre-configuration switch gear, access points, data rack equipment, software and firmware image installation and upgrades general maintenance including changing AV Projector Bulb.• Helping the teaching staff with Online Educational Platform regarding edu-nation online application, devices and accessories and all related IT issue they encounter.• Implementing the maintenance request and recommendation, keeping all detailed records and preparing the necessary report base on the official maintenance form.• Implementing all tasks assigned by the Campus Administration.

• Direct all information technology and network system development and also maintenance including all IT infrastructure, wireless communications, system unit, local networks and mobile environment.• Provide support for the development, design, customized and implementation of Tygie Incoming and VDR System (TIVS) and Tygie Payroll and Monitoring System (TPMS). And all other workflows especially for production and office systems.Network troubleshooting, cabling. terminal crimping and connection assembly using pocket tracer.

• Follow up all process of invoice both internal and external. Archiving of Invoice data according to its categories. • I must responsible to understand and apply complex pricing rules to various field service situations in order to validate the accuracy of service order billings.• Provide support such as filling contracts, handling client request, and handle database related to vendors of the company.

• Determine what to purchase and negotiate with our vendors to the best pricing.• I must ensure that all items are accounted for when shipments arrive and know exactly the quantity of items ordered and in which color or sizes to let vendors know any errors to the shipment.

• Perform duties such as encoding, compiling, analyzing and recording bills, preparing and issuing invoices and providing customer service. • In charge in Delivery Receipt (DR) to transcribing and encoding it using Accounting and Invoicing System Monitoring (AIMS).
