• An ATM Technician is responsible for maintaining ATMS, • ATM Service Technician, background checks will need to be run. Additionally, a person must prove they are able to work with little to no supervision. • A technician will be working with a variety of tools, in order to get inside of the ATM. Knowledge of various, ATM systems including NCR, Wincor, and Diebold should be a priority.• Service calls must be prioritized in order of importance. Customer must then be contacted with an estimated arrival time. On some days, problem may occur across the network of ATMs, which requires being able to evolve and make changes based upon where the largest problems are.• The ATM Service Technician will be responsible for on-site diagnosis and technical fixes. This may include card bill, and paper jams, as well as network connection problem. Maintenance may need to be performed on the ATMS, which include replacement of card reader belts, light bulbs, air filters, and much more. Equipment cleaning may also have to be done, based upon service agreements that are in place.• Each ATM Service Technician will be given assigned area. In that area, a technician will need to know how to provide support to all of their customers and ATMs. This includes being able to follow all security control processes, to be able to get into the areas of responsibility.

• Installing and configuring computer hardware Operating systems and applications;• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks; • Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;• Replacing parts as required;• Testing and evaluating new technology;• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

• Handles a commercial telephone switching system.• The job entails basic customer service.• Handle and direct incoming calls, route these incoming calls to the correct individual or department within the business, or send to a message system, such as Paging System.• Also handle basic questions about the business, including hours of operation, directions and direct phone numbers for individuals and departments.
