Leads are provided via Smartsheet.> Receiving Incoming calls from customers or prospective buyers interested with our Get Installed program.> Calling our partner shops to verify specific installation that our customer needs and getting the cost of labor or install price, labor time and their soonest availability.> Updating our customers about the information we obtained from our partner shops ( at least 2-3 shops for options) via phone or email.> Setting-up appointment based on customer’s preference ( their chosen shop and the date and time of appointment/soonest availability).> Ensuring all appointments are confirmed and verified by the shops by calling them ahead of customer’s schedule. If there’s a need to reschedule, all parties are notified.> Reporting shops that do not honor the pre-negotiated install price. Rebooked customer’s appointment at a different shop when deemed necessary.> Helping customers to escalate their concerns regarding labor claims or reimbursements when deemed necessary.
