Successful integration of digital tools to collect, analyse, and interpret data related to OEE and led the implementation of advanced data acquisition systems that enabled real-time monitoring of equipment performance on the production floor. Digitalisation provided insights into factors impacting OEE, such as downtime, changeovers, and equipment failures. In collaboration with cross-functional teams,Championed the adoption of predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms to forecast potential disruptions to production efficiency by harnessing historical data and leveraging predictive modelling, we were able to identify patterns and proactively address issues before they could impact OEE, minimizing downtime and optimising overall equipment performance.

Logistics (Production Planning) - 2nd Rotation (Current)Responsible for overseeing and executing production plans for 10 different manufacturing lines which constitutes of interconnected lines. Leveraged on the robust capabilities of SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) 600 CH which played a pivotal role in my daily activities, enabling me to perform strategic capacity planning that accounted for various factors, such as resource availability, production constraints, and demand fluctuations.Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and procurement, to synchronise planning efforts and ensure a harmonised supply chain. The SAP ECC 600 CH system provided a comprehensive platform for real-time collaboration and data sharing, facilitating agile decision-making in response to dynamic market demands.

This research managed to synthesise potential novel cholinesterase inhibitors which are highly valuable in treating mild to moderate Alzheimer's Disease. This project consist of in lab synthesise of the novel compounds combined with computational analysis of the enzyme-ligand interaction. The compounds synthesised showed promising results and further investigations has to be carried out to expand on the inhibitory potential.
