I performed pricing trends and sales trend analysis to identify best and worst selling products and create intelligence reports on why some products are succeeding versus failing in the market. I also studied competitor products and created a competitive analysis report around consumer grade SSD and flash storage devices along with product and technology specifications. I learned industry terminology to better understand how company’s products compare to others in the data storage market.

I worked with the marketing team to create the company’s social media platform strategy and create engaging content to post on various social media platforms, notably on Instagram where most users were already using. I also worked on a project to gather all partner data and the API’s they used from the SaaS platform to create a dashboard in Excel allowing the company executives to get detailed analytics on their partners. I also created a competitive analysis spreadsheet detailing features and value added services that explained the success of the competition and allowed BookingPal to create a more compelling roadmap and improve their service and user experience.

I also created a customer presentation on the benefits of Supermicro and its products for various vertical market segments like media and entertainment and social networking platforms.

I researched the company's social media profile while gathering information about successful social media campaigns. I worked on a project and presentation that performed customer and industry sentiment analysis for Veritas and its products. I also learned a lot about data protection and management market and competitors and talked to people in the company in all departments about their experience with the company itself. Along with this, I analyzed data from this project and created a narrative about the company’s public image among customers, vendors and internal employee.
