Technical Engineer (FOR LINCOLN ELECTRIC WELDING MACHINE,WELDING GENERATORS, CUTTING MACHINES AND CNC)● Trouble-shooting and service for all types of welding machines in our Service workshop.● Trouble-shooting for all machines rented to customers at customer sites.● Attending site issues relating to welding machine products.● To provide technical guidance and solutions related to our products.● Maintain documentation (Service report, filing and records) & warranty claims.● Carry out Periodic Maintenance of welding machines.● To communicate with factories on machine issues / trouble-shooting.● To keep track of machine inventory stock.● To keep track and assign machine rentals pools● To maintain and constantly improve the work process related to training documents.● Provide sales & service support (inclusive Certification Training) to the Sales Department● To provide GF specialized welding machine training to customers in the future.
