Manpower Requisition • Gain Man Power Specification from Unit Manager & get approvals• Create Job Specification once Man Power Request is Complete.Recruitment, Candidate Procurement, Targeted Headhunting • Conduct Initial Interviews & Qualify Candidates for all Sales / Presales / Channel / BDM for all StarLink offices.• Allocate qualified candidates for second interviews with line managers• Allocate qualified candidates for final interviews with GM/MD.• Follow up for selection with line managers & management.Weekly Candidate Pipe Line Log & Interview Analysis. • Maintain Log of Candidates Interviewed by self & Line Managers on Excel. • Maintain Vacancy Reports for HR Manager with Position & Interview Status of candidates on Excel• Maintain Physical MPR Files / Application formsExpense claims • Verifying all the expense claim once a month • Any deviation, let the employee & finance know in advanceHR Support • Share with Management weekly Attendance report / Call monitoring report& alert the employee’s if not complying with the policy.• Manage IT help desk & take necessary approval from management as & when required.• Handling level 1 / level 2 employee queries.• Employee final settlement / separation• Welfare Events• ERP Deployment support • Strategic support / HR support to Corporate HR Manager as & when required.

 Preparing & Implementation of company policies and procedures as per labour laws. Be the first point of contact for all HR & Organization-related queries Interacting with the Department Heads of the Company,  Mapping up their manpower requirement for their department.  Designing & Releasing the Advertisement with the approval of the Department Head. Sorting the resumes as per the requirements, conducting Telephonic Interview, arranging Personal interviews with co-ordination of the Departments Head, Issuing Invitation and Offer letter to the Selected Candidates Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation. Completing all the necessary formalities of the JAFZA for the selected candidates, viz issuing VISA, Signing JAFZA Contract, issuing CEC card, etc Handling HR Related Issues, Employee grievance, Employee Retention etc Making End of Service Entitlement, Non-Competition Agreement, Full and Final Settlement for the Resigning Employee’s.  Handling the Payrolls of 150 Employees, making necessary deductions  Helping our Management with proper Inputs for Performance Appraisal of all Employees.
