System Implementing and optimizing global payroll software and systems which may include platforms like Oracle HCM Global Payroll, SAP, Paymaster, Unipay. Configuring the systems to meet the specific payroll needs of different countries and regions. Stay informed about changes in labour laws, statutory requirements, and tax regulations. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, HR, Finance and external vendors to coordinate payroll activities and resolve any issues. Communicating with employees to address payroll related inquiries and concerns. Understanding and navigating cultural diffferences and sensitivities related to payroll practices in different regions. Administer end-to-end payroll processes for employees in the UK. Calculate and process salaries, wages, bonuses, and other forms of compensation. Ensure accurate and timely payment distribution to employees Stay updated on UK payroll legislation, tax laws, and other relevant regulations.
