UnitedHealth Care Medicare & Retirement is part of the family of companies that make UnitedHealth Group one of the leaders across most major segments of the US health care system. This project is intended to validate different electronic claim’s, which are received from different practices to UNITED HEALTH CARE INSURANCE.

I meticulously examined and assessed products, processes, and services to ensure they met predefined quality standards and regulatory requirements. Through systematic analysis and testing, I identified areas for improvement, implemented corrective measures, and contributed to enhancing overall quality and customer satisfaction. My role involved collaborating with various departments to develop quality assurance protocols, conduct inspections, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. I played a crucial role in maintaining product integrity, meeting industry regulations, and upholding organizational reputation for excellence.
