If you, like me, think the world has gone off track and want it to become a better biosphere then you have come to the right place. We need to re-evaluate our very purpose of being. We NEED very little in life. The rest is living out our desires, most of which have been fed to us by society and advertising. The root problem of all this is selfishness. The solution is VALUES BASED EDUCATION (VBE) that teaches children, universal human values of love, compassion, kindness and respect. They will then transform the world.I had started out my life as a ‘red neck’ capitalist. Life taught me name, fame and sensory pleasures feel great but are passing clouds. All of us have an expiry date. We came empty handed and we leave empty handed. The only thing that brings lasting happiness is sharing and caring. When you help transform someone’s life, your help will have an impact for generations to come. A dose of common sense will tell us when everybody's needs are taken care of and there is prosperity, then there is a feeling of well-being and happiness. That is what I do now, work towards leaving the world in better hands. Divine Will Foundation (Canada) has given me the opportunity to have a very high impact in transforming the world. We believe that every child has a birthright to three things free of charge, good nutrition, a Values-Based Education and healthcare. A child’s potential should not be checked because of lack of money. That is not a pipe dream. It’s been done before in ancient India. Before India was over-run by invaders, India’s GDP was the highest in the world until only about 300 years ago. The complete nation was literate and with values. A person could set out from any part of the country on a pilgrimage without money. People on the way provided food and shelter. They saw service to man was service to God. That is the transformation we seek.We are a service-based organization supporting programs in developing countries offering free nutrition to school going children. Concentration and attendance have improved. Free medical services especially in CHD have improved children’s health. Our FREE MEDICAL COLLEGE is addressing the shortage of doctors in rural areas. Our grateful students want to give back and serve society for having received free VBE in our world-class campuses (28 + a University). Common traits of students graduating from our VBE schools are compassionate hearts and brilliant minds.
