As a CORE Network Engineer, Analysed NLD/ILD links through NMS. Hardware alarm monitoring of Soft Switch, Media Gateway. MPLS links observation through peer monitor, MRTG graph. Checking packet drop & reach ability for Signaling & Media IP. Lodging complaint for link down, hardware alarms. E-mailing, calling specified team & coordinating to restore the problem. Coordinating with media providers for link down issue, coordinating with Circle team, Circle Managers, Regional Managers & Customers. Configuring TG, E1, & Signaling links on Switch. Taking SS & Media –Gateway configuration backup. Health checkup of Switches, Routers, MGW & maintaining SOP. Generating system generated reports, making manual reports like MOU, KPI, Fault management reports, POI up time reports, SIP utilization reports. Generating filtration reports of Billing Server & also take backup for QLV, DLV & SSBILL files. Checking Network connectivity, troubleshooting network related issue in office. MPLS link outage Diagnose with IP media team. E1 deletion, creation , signaling shifting & VTC , SDTB Card testing.

Responsible for MGW Activities. NLD_ILD utilization for mobile & fixed networks. Attend meeting with vendors which related to MGW Activities. Co-ordination with NOC & MGW engineer and sharing daily basis “SOP, VTCA, SS7, Trunk, RTP, IP Reach ability & System Health Report” reports. Regular co-ordination with NGN manager regarding weekly & monthly targets.
