JOB PROFILE IN CURRENT COMPANY Checking of Shipping Bill Check Lists. Responsible for ensuring the products dispatched from factory are delivered to the right location on time. Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs. Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation, freight forwarders, clearing agents, insurance providers and logistics providers. Independently Handling Export Documentation & Shipping. Planning LCL & FCL Shipment for… Show more JOB PROFILE IN CURRENT COMPANY Checking of Shipping Bill Check Lists. Responsible for ensuring the products dispatched from factory are delivered to the right location on time. Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs. Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation, freight forwarders, clearing agents, insurance providers and logistics providers. Independently Handling Export Documentation & Shipping. Planning LCL & FCL Shipment for Dispatch. Updating Shipment status to respective clients (Buyer) on phone calls as well as through email. Ensuring correct consignment received/dispatched. Co-ordination with plant Head for timely shipment. Maintaining export sheets via V-Lookup or Pivot Table & Much more. Following up with the Forwarders and CHA Regarding EP Copy & Exporter copy. Filing import/export documents. Making shipments insurance. Maintain & Browsing Duty Draw Back Status. Making of Pre and Post Shipment documentation Reconcile & Making payment of Freight Forwarders. Handling Operations & data Entry Activities. Looking after Documentation work & Co ordination with Suppliers/Manufacturers for material. Prepared All MIS & REPORTS. Co ordination With Shipping Line’s & Freight Forwarders, Transporters. Co-ordination with Shipper for shipment status, and CHA for allotment of Container, Container tracking, Custom formalities. Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements. Shipment booking and updates on various online portal of the Customers and forwarders. Co-ordination with logistics dept. for DO & Booking confirmation. Tracking shipment, documents and coordination with Buyers and other parties.  Co-ordination with CHA for all ports/Plant/ for dispatch of Goods. Placing bookings with Shipping line as per the requirements, checking each booking confirmation carefully.  Providing booking confirmation. Submission of Shipping Instruction to Shipping Line. Show less
