At this role, I showcased project leadership exposure at state government My leadership skill is to supervise Core Design team and create Content for Classroom learning and trainings. Likewise, I conduct training programs (DIET officials, Teachers, Warden) with state, division &district level government officialsIn addition, I ensure partnership with Sattva under Pragati Project (Content Development &Training) and define E-learning content for facilitators.Here, I manage the E-learning Content with integration of LMS design on IPMTAS learning platform. Besides, I ensure smooth running of content planning and training practices.Also, I develop learning strategy for retention & enrolment of children in government school under Dakshata Unnayan Program (MP) and Mission Prerna (UP).Some of my accomplishments have included:✔ Managed the Project Development and Budgeting of 1.52 Cr. of annual programmatic activities for 3 states (21 districts)✔ Successfully designed & presented Life Skills Education Programs for 21 District of 6000 Learning Camps✔ Implemented retention activities for learning in 21 districts of 3 states (Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh)✔ Led learning & development efforts with the state government of Rajasthan (Smile), Madhya Pradesh (Hamara Ghar Hamar Vidyalay) and Uttar Pradesh Show less
