Lead Analyst
Current• New Product Development (NPD) from start of design to end of fabrication. Resolution of fileld failure issues. Also, actively participate for future design changes/inventions. • Handle the tasks that includes detail calculation, review the initial design concept, FEA models and calculation reports. Also working as individual contributor per company policy. • Discussion with Division and Product engineers for understanding the analysis / physics requirement. • Executing the project and suggesting any modification based on the analysis of the product. • Developing standard analysis procedures for complex FEA projects, if needed.• Working as a lead, responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of the NPD projects with the help of FEA/hand calculation. Static, Dynamic and hand calculations for Mechanical Parts.
