A Civil Engineer and Strategist, with post-graduation in geotechnical engineering, M Phil in Defence and Strategic studies and a Law degree, has more than 45 years of 360-degree Experience in infrastructure and corporate sector. After hanging up the boots as one of the Director Generals from Military Engineer Services, Government of India in 2016, has been serving as Arbitrator and Independent Director. Empaneled as Arbitrator with a number of High courts, Arbitral Institutes and ad-hoc panels of Government departments and PSUs. Also, on the CVC panel of Independent external monitors have previously served as IEM for CPWD, Deptt. of Telecom and HITES. Currently nominated as IEM for CMTI, Bengaluru and AIIMS, Raipur by CVC.Previously on the board of BEML Limited as independent Director and presently on the Board of three companies as Independent Director namely SLCM Limited, Kissandhan Agri Financial services Private Limited and North End Foods Marketing Private Limited Serving in honorary capacity as Member of governing council of Salwan Public School Gurugram and Honorary advisor to vice- chancellor, Central University, Himachal Pradesh on the ongoing infra project.
