Job Profile:• Leading of technologies like automated access control System, CCTV and Fire alarm monitoring programs & establishment of security guard.• Penetration test is to break into an organization and determine how to prevent future intrusions.• Coordination of the organization's response to a crisis, in an effective, timely manner; planning disaster/ emergency management • Supporting in Accident / Incident Investigation, Reporting and Facilitation of Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurrence to maintain minimum Accident.• Managing the entire security setup; including implementing & monitoring the Exit / Entry Systems for the movement of Labor, Vehicles, Equipment, etc.• Ensuring physical security by Access Control, CCTV, BMS, etc; conducting business continuity & disaster recovery exercises.• Evolving Security Standing Orders and emergency plans to cater for unforeseen contingencies and implementing stringent security measures for the safety of high value assets.• Evaluating the case-at-hand and determining the procedure to be adopted to investigate the case and conducting search and seizure operations. • Carrying out periodic Risk/threat analysis, Fire audit for measurability and analysis for the Risk Assessment Matrix.
