I do critical Analysis of Financial and Administrative Expenses and find out the probable areas of Cost reduction and Cost Control and can give cost centre/project wise project profitability report of the Organisation. I myself actively participate in preparation of all important information and reports because I have vast hard core experience of all accounting , finance, banking and ERP functions and I myself also have good enough knowledge of Microsoft excel. I also participate in review, making and modifying policies of HR, Purchasing accounts, finance etc.. I have very good knowledge of implementation and customizing of the ERP system as per the company requirement. I have good experience of fund raising , CMA preparation and credit rating etc.
