So after graduating from college as a bachelor of business administration.I believed that i needed some break from studying, so I joined this company aka teleperformance here at teleperformance I am happily working as a customer care executive since December 13, 2021.The process in which I am currently working is called GoDaddy which is a USA based company so it means their clients have delegated their work to our company and since then I have always worked in night shift.As a GoDaddy guide we handle live conversations with customers where we handle 2-3 conversations at the same time, so it gradually made me good at typing plus this is a technical process where I have understood a lot about websites, domains, emails and how they function.
