With a direct focus on skill enhancement, I played a pivotal role in instructing over 200 female trainees in soft skills and digital skills Trainer, nurturing their professional development . Additionally, I led pre-training inductions aimed at preparing trainees for active participation in the DDU-GKY program, ensuring they were equipped with the necessary knowledge and mindset for success. Furthermore, I conducted interviews with more than 100 female trainees, meticulously analyzing and interpreting their feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance their overall training experience in the training center.
