In coating handled sugar coating, film coating & enteric coating formulationsIn packing operation familiar with blister packing machines (thermo forming & cold form) operation, strip packing machine, IMA PG cartonators ,2D coding machines & track and trace machines.Proficient in the installation & commissioning of wide range of equipment with sound knowledge of technical technologies.Successfully faced audits of MHRA (UK), ANVISA (Brazil), NAFDAC (Nigeria),Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Kenya ,Ivory Coast , RUSSIA & WHO. Successfully faced audit of ISO 14001:2015 (Environment) & ISO 45001:2018 (OH & S – occupational health and safety management system.Involved in setting up of new tablet block & semisolids department since from installation period.Involved in recruiting new workmen and training them on different machines and successfully delivered the results.Successfully set the new tablet department with the newly recruited work force.
