-Incident Management - Drive root cause analysis and corrective action completion to help eliminate disruption of services and consequently improve the day-to-day operations of the organization using validated problem analysis methodology and tracking all elements of the RCA to closure.-Problem Management - Proactively identify trends and potential problems to prevent incidents from reoccurring by formulating corrective Action plans with respective Domain teams / patterns’. Ensure that problem resolution is implemented through the appropriate control procedures.-Change Management - Oversight on all infrastructure changes with the objective of minimizing impact to service availability. Administering and leading change management meeting (CAB) to discuss and approve upcoming changes to maintain high levels of system availability through the appropriate visibility, coordination and planning efforts.-Data Centre Migrations and Ops.

- Manage and collaborate with third party vendors and ensure their performance service quality are in line with agreed expectations and enable to meet or exceed service levels;- Measure, monitor and work to drive down incident count and ensuring that the Service Desk actively participates in improving the usability and reliability of services provided to customer.- Ensure that practices and processes exist and when it is possible are standardized and ensuring continuous service improvements are put in place.
