• Project scoping, Project planning including Project briefs, Project schedules and key deliverables for capital work projects.• Contract creation for major projects and minor works G01 (Job specific requirements), G02-C41 (General requirements), G22 (WH&S) including Hold points and identified records while adhering to RMS and TfNSW contract work specifications.• Creation of RFT and review of BOQ, Tender evaluation, Tender assessment from submissions and awarding of contract to suitable contractor after scoring the tender packages in the Vendor Panel.• Working on deed of contract with schedule of prices/schedule of rates, deposition of bank guarantee. Arrangement of PAI (Principal Arranged Insurance) to cover all aspects of contractor such as plant, people and other losses for Principal.• EnSiTe (Environment, Safety and Quality) meeting with Contractor, Subcontractors, Works managers, and stakeholders to assess the impact of contractual work and summarise the EIS.• Creation of SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) citing hazards, potential consequences and control measures. Categorisation of risks according to severity in the risk matrix to show the likelihood, impact.• Progress report to PM, Directors and Stakeholders. Continuous support to team members and contractors on complexities to deliver projects successfully.• Collaboration with local councils to attain ROL (Road Occupancy License) for local roads. Drafting of Community Notification Letter. Assessment of TGS (Traffic Guidance Scheme) plans, drafting of VMP (Vehicle Movement Plan) during closures. Approval from STA (State Transport Authority) for buses movement.• Progress claims, Invoices based on witness points & evaluation of ITPs.

• Toolbox talk with site manager, supervisors, riggers and off siders to ensure effectiveness of WH&S policies and promoting zero harm culture.• Supervision of piling activities for e.g., Bored piles, CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piles, Sheet/Casing piles and Contiguous piles. Oversee of other construction activities such as Shotcreting, Capping beams, Single caging, Splice caging, Ordering and Pouring of concrete into piles with the help of boom pump and tremies.• Checking soil report with Geotech engineer and getting piles data from surveyor for pinpoint location to calculate pile length, diameter, anchoring direction of cages and strength (in MPa) of concrete to order. Scheduling of cages and other drilling equipment on site to make sure timely delivery of projects.• Collaboration with Site manager to achieve key milestones and reporting back to PM about minutes on site and organising available resources to complete the project work before deadlines. Collection of team report (Riggers, Supervisor and off siders work) from Site manager for further improvements and for safety compliances.• Document everyday work such as number of piles bored, concrete dockets, Depth achieved in total meters, number of cages delivered, any changes in plan, drawings or drilling depths. Assist supervisor on site with the complex situation such as soil collapse, underground water and sinking of cages.• Administration of project works including meeting minutes, agendas and recording of suggestions from PMs, Directors and Site managers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects.
