My team and I are working on a smart onion storage device that predicts spoilage using an artificial nose (IoT) and also helps prevent spoilage using AI/ML models. Our goal is to disseminate this storage system throughout the area where small farmers have suffered losses due to a lack of onion storage facilities.

In terms of research work, innovation, project management, and lab management, I have significantly increased my expertise. For the purpose of pre-treating organic grapes, I created a grape scraping machine using a 3D printer.
