Business Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Management Accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesAnchoring the Corporate MIS function with responsibility for preparation, analysis and presentation of monthly MIS and need based MIS reports Preparation and analysis of Budget, Forecasts and Strategic Business Plans.Handling all operation related to banking & finance such as establishment of limits, opening of L/C, B/G, fund management etc. Handling Internal Audit of all the branchesPreparation of Annual Report and Quarterly Results which includes preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statement, Notes to Accounts, in light of IGAAP & company law requirements.*Ensuring compliance of statutory requirement such as E-TDS, Service Tax, annual return filing Monitoring the daily account work in light of Income Tax, Companies Act requirementCommunication with Statutory & Internal Auditor along with Management Contributions Key Team member with the SAP B1 Implementation team actively involved with the mapping of the transactional flow and later on implementation the system.Active participation in the Merger and Acquisition activities of the company viz. involved with the Demerger of the two different divisions of the Company, acquisition of a company engaged in similar tradeDevelopment of business relationships through interaction with financial institution, banks and companies.
