- Strengthening the Monitoring and Evalutation systems for the Fellowship Selection Team.

- Researched and developed the frameworks for different competencies for the evolved Selection Model- Lead the project to include the evaluation of English Proficiency as a part of the Selection Model, and worked with external stakeholders to conceptualize, design and execute the creation of an in-house English assessment.- Coached and supported 50+ Reviewers and Selectors as a point-of-contact, towards their accuracy, efficiency and stakeholder experience as they implemented the model- Conducted on-going qualitative and quantitative research on the overall health of the Selection Model and provided insights towards its further development- Monitored and Evaluated the final decisions being made by stakeholders at the final stage, and supported the Team to ensure that the best Fellows are selected for the Cohort.- Led the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Pilot project at Selection

- Developing educational modules on identity, class, caste, patriarchy, religion, and the nation-state to educate the youth in India and the diaspora of the various nuances, intersections, and complexities in these discourses from an Indian context.- Co-facilitator of safe-space discussions among members of the Alliance, where members can share, discuss, and debate issues on current affairs, culture, and society.

- Developed the framework for a personalized adaptive assessment platform, which can identify the mathematical learning and conceptual breakdowns- Researched and created 5,000+ unique mathematical content for the question bank repository of the product, of varying levels of rigour and understanding.- Worked closely with teachers during to develop a remedial action plan based on the student’s performance in the pilot tests, and to monitor and evaluate the efficacy of the product highlighted learning breakdowns and achieving desired learning outcomes.

- Taught 6th and 7th-graders, the subjects of Mathematics and Social Studies and helped improve the average mathematics performance of the class by more than 40%.- Pursued strategies of differentiation and scaffolding to ensure that students are engaging in content appropriate to their learning level and mathematical understanding.- Initiated parental engagement programs in conjunction with the school administration, to help improve parental involvement and build trust amongst the different educational stakeholders.- Elected as the School Team Lead (STM) in 2016, helped Initiate and organize a weekly teacher training program in school, to facilitate learning in newer pedagogy, practices and build school culture.- Member of the Selection Reviewer Committee (2015), was responsible to screen applications and conduct phone-interviews of potential candidates for the Fellowship.
