I was the former Managing Director for the Qatar Skills Academy. Qatar Skills Academy is the foremost leading provider for work-force and human capital development solutions in Qatar. I had spearheaded the development of the International Institute of Human Capital, which is under the Marcus Evans group of companies and is primarily the management consulting wing specialising in Human Capital Development Solutions.I was involved with ensuring progressive growth of the business through management of it's Training, Advisory, Product Development,Marketing, Operations and Web Development functions.My job role entailed;strategic planning, managing and leading teams in diverse roles,sales/marketing/advisory/operations performance management, market expansion strategies, business development initiatives, competitive & market intelligence, determining pricing strategies and control and monitoring of budget/spend of products under the portfolio. This is all in regard to ensuring sustainable profit of the International Institute of Human Capital's global business.

During my role as a product manager- I was primarily involved in developing teams, project engagement delivery ,managing recruitment and directing new strategies to proper execution while researching new product and service delivery lines.

In the IHT & Human capital ; Consulting division was appointed as a senior consultant with the primary duties as an analyst, supporting in -house training and human capital projects , budding and mentoring junior staff and identifying and growing additional revenue streams from new markets.(In particular Africa, and Asia Pacific islands)

-Pioneering in-house training and analyst in management consulting initiatives for marcus evans across the Middle East and Asia Pacific. - Developing product offerings and bespoke consulting service packages across various industries

Research:- Independently conducted industry research on the fields of supply chain and logistics; pharmaceutical SFE and marketing; recessionary marketing; branding; youth marketing; infocommunication technology/ie. IT architecture, SOA ;entreprenuerial and SME trends (Indonesia). Conference and training production- Based on insight into regionalised market trends (Singaporean & Indonesian regions) developed and coordinated exclusive conferences and trainings to suit current market needs.
