Have wide experience in High rise Building, Township Project, Realty Projects Thermal Power Plant, Petrochemical Plant, Heavy Engineering and Highway Projects. Have worked for Larsen & Toubro Limited, Emami Realty Limited, Ahluwalia Contracts and CESC. Have experience in Project execution and handing over, problem solving, vendor selection, planning, Project closing, Project Budgeting, Costing, Rate analysis & Monitoring, Claim settlement, Insurance claim, Facility Management, Statutory compliance and approvals, coordination with multi disciplinary activities. Has handled large work force of 5000 workmen and 125 project staff. I am physically fit and have no medical issues
