•Asset Management.Protect interest of OVL in a country as a whole. Coordinate day to day activities and enlarge OVLs equity participation. Liaison with Government of Vietnam,Operators, Indian Embassy/Consulate and OVL Delhi office. Monitor CAPEX and OPEX to complete project in envisaged CAPEX and time schedule. Recover investment optimally in shortest time and maximize profit to OVL. Control of Expenditure, Recoverable Costs and Credits (“the Statement”) as defined in the Production Sharing Contract/Liaison with PetroVietnam (Nominee of Government of socialist republic of Vietnam) in working within Petroleum production Sharing Contract. Coordinate with PVGas in working within agreement for sale and purchase of Natural Gas.Project Management and Cross functional activities & Coordination for Business Management and Development. Business Relations Development & PR.Heavy oil exploitation under conventional and thermal recovery viz. in-situ combustion and steam aided processes.Laboratory evaluation for identification of key engineering parameters and its integration with conceptual design in-situ combustion and steam aided processes.Conceptual design of thermal processes based on analytical model. Design of in-situ combustion pilot, Commercial implementation, monitoring & design of chemical flood pilot for enhancing recovery.Design of Alkali-Surfactant-Polymer & Surfactant pilot for enhancing recovery .
