Currently handling Corporate HR Functions as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at Indradhanush Gas Grid Limited (IGGL), Guwahati—a newly formed joint venture of ONGC, IOCL, GAIL, OIL, and NRL—on a three-year deputation. My role involves overseeing the expansion of the National Gas Grid into the northeastern states by managing the construction of a 1,900-kilometer-long natural gas pipeline through regions such as Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Meghalaya, and Assam.Previously, I played a pivotal role in handling Project HR functions in the Jagdishpur-Haldia-Bokaro-Dhamra and Barauni-Guwahati Natural Gas Pipeline Project (प्रधानमंत्री ऊर्जा गंगा परियोजना), contributing to the construction of nearly 3,850 kilometers of pipeline, spanning six states—Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, and Assam—significantly advancing the National Gas Grid's reach.With seven years of experience in a large petrochemical plant in Uttar Pradesh, I managed various Plant HR functions, including establishment, payroll, recruitment, industrial relations, and training.In addition, I have five years of experience in management consulting, training institutes, and the HRD initiatives department of a Maharatna PSU. During this time, I handled key areas such as recruitment, training, employee surveys, assessment and development centers, career and succession planning, and performance management.Specialized in designing multi-technique, multi-observer Assessment Center Models for Competency Mapping across telecom, soft drink, tobacco, IT, and BPO industries. This includes integrating psychometric tools with traditional assessment methods based on the McClelland model.I have developed competency models through extensive data analysis, interviews, focus groups, and content analysis, identifying key behavioral indicators. With experience facilitating over 120 assessment centers for managerial roles, I also provide personalized performance feedback based on psychometric assessments using tools such as 16 PF, MBTI, WAT, TAT, and FIRO-B.I bring expertise in designing training workshops, performance management systems, and competency-based hiring frameworks, including the implementation of 360-degree appraisals and psychometric evaluations.
