Hey, I'm Arvind Singh! I've got 2+ years of experience working in brand, content, creative marketing strategy. I've just finished my BBA degree in Marketing & Strategic Management at the Schulich School of Business. In the past I've ran a photography business on the side that allowed me to execute creative concepts for corporate, retail, personal branding, and wedding shoots, which ultimately allowed me to generate 70% repeat business. As a photographer I've gotten the chance to develop my skills in the use of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator. In my recent experience as a Marketing Intern at SLAM and my academic career as a student, I've been able to create pitches for potential partnerships in order to address objectives of brand awareness, boost engagement, and help recommend creative solutions to improve brand appeal. As a past student at the Schulich School of Business I've gotten the chance to create and pitch a Digital Marketing Plan complete with objective specific recommendations, alongside my groupmates to TSN Head of Brand Partnerships in order to increase awareness for their Fantasy Games service as well as help increase user participation. I've also created and pitched a Marketing Communications Plan to improve the Hinge Dating app’s reach and brand image. Furthermore, I've generated a potential campaign for ORA Safety Devices (campaign included conducting competitor analysis, internal communications analysis, identifying key marketing problems, identified the new target market, and provided creative recommendations to build brand awareness and change product perceptions).At the end of the day I'm a motivated and ambitious professional who has a passion for marketing, and making the world around me a better place!
