•Keeping track record of selected candidates post-interview as well as after joining.•Dealt and Placed with almost all visa types consultants such as US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1-B, Canadian Citizens (TN Permit), EAD, etc.•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork and team common goals achievement.•Responsible for sourcing, searching, identifying consultants using job boards (Monster, Dice, Career Builder and Tech Fetch).•Utilize internal database to identify & generate potential candidates.•Responsible for Tracking, Analyzing, Prioritizing Requirements and resumes.•Responsible for preparing search strings and short-listing resumes based on the requirements.•Brief candidates about the company, job description & the interview process. Send regular interview status / schedules to candidates(both verbal & written).•Build relationships with people in the team & with other teams in the company.

•As the first point of contact for ATO clients or their representatives, accurately answering questions and/or ensuring clients are directed to appropriate Tax Office staff for resolution. •Communicate with and provide advice to clients at all levels including individuals, micro enterprises, small to medium enterprises, large business, not for profit organizations and government organizations. •Manage and sustain effective client relationships in order to create and maintain a positive impression of the Tax Office.•Process information and data provided by clients and undertake detailed analysis and interpretation of data, involving contacting clients to verify information and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.•Issue Garnishee letter to client’s bank with unresolved for clients not complying with ATO, including: - send warning letter to client, providing 10 days to comply - Handle case, finalize case regarding funds available and manage funds recovery and arranging for the collection of debts.•Manage effective client relationships to create and maintain a positive impression of the Tax Office whilst dealing with a range of issues in a tactful and courteous manner in order to provide accurate answers or direct clients to specialist staff to resolve their issues.
