• Extensive recruitment for all the locations from Corporate Office, hiring talent for pan India.• Responsible for end to end Talent Acquisition for Key Positions through different sources like Naukri, Walk-in, Bloggings, social sites, Postings etc...• Business HR for aftermarket, extensive headhunting at PAN India level.• Conducting different PSYCHOMETRIC TEST for the candidates, Using 16 Personality Factor tools during interview• Extensive co-ordination with Hiring Managers on daily basis.• Facilitate joining process of new joins to ensure smooth on-boarding in the organization• Initiate and implemented the different MIS report and MIS system.• Responsible for extensive co-ordination in other HR function like Employee Engagement activities, HR operations, monthly/quarterly one to one meeting with employee along with functional HOD, delivering quick solutions of the employee grievance’s.
