• Lead the Breakthrough team to identify the chronic problems, analyze the impact on the engineering time, implement necessary corrective actions to minimize the occurrences to achieve the gain in technician time.

• Lead the team of NPI engineers, derive necessary systems to have flaw less execution of customer requirements with first time success.
