• Leading a team of Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, Breakthrough Engineers and Preventive Maintenance Engineers to establish smooth manufacturing operation to meet the operation goals set by management.• Introducing new technology to meet the operation demand from time to time in accordance with the customer requirement.• Lead the Breakthrough team to identify the chronic problems, analyze the impact on the engineering time, implement necessary corrective actions to minimize the occurrences to achieve the gain in technician time.• Implemented Goal setting for the Team of Equipment and Process engineers to achieve the desired results in line with the department scope and objectives.• Lead the team of NPI engineers, derive necessary systems to have flaw less execution of customer requirements with first time success.• Successfully implement the new customer requirements in line with the standard process controls and necessary technological advancements.• Provide the Costing (COGS) for the Finance and the Business unit team to provide the necessary quote to customers for the Back end process.• Planned and executed the Back end process lay out to have an optimum product flow with minimum wastage.• Breakthrough and Execute Cost Reduction Projects by Reducing Wastage, Process Simplification, Process Integration and Alternate Material Qualification.• Lead the team to achieve set quality targets, both Internal (VoP) and External (VoC).• Lead the team to consistently achieve the set overall equipment utilization targets by continuously improving the machine up time and also improving the process yield.•Successfully manage the ramp up of the Tape and reel production output from 2 Million Units per month to 35 Million units per month by integrating two process stages. (Visual Mechanical and TnR combined flow by introducing Integrated machine)•Successfully manage the rapid growth of production loading from 10~15 Million units per month to 150 million units.
