In my role, I oversaw the relationship between GE Healthcare and IT vendors (GDCs). Our program included 4 GDCs, 6 sites, and over 3500 people. I focused on driving key initiatives like leveraging opportunities, utilization, and cost reduction. This role transformed the WoW with IT vendors, vendor contract negotiation, RFP hosting, compliance checks, and reporting. I gained hands-on experience in selecting and integrating service providers.

It was a dual role involving running the Quality Manager and as a Six sigma quality champion for the center. Role involved driving Six Sigma culture into various project teams, M&M designs, conducting project risk reviews, interacting with internal stakeholders and clients, detailed direction & implementation of specified projects, advice the management on the course of action based on data analysis. As a Black Belt, role involved spreading the quality awareness, compliance to specified client systems and processes & Conduct Six Sigma & other customized improvement training.
