Hi there, I belong to Jamshedpur City. I always been intrigued about Human Behaviour and how everything we do in our lives revolves around interactions with each other. Which is how I pursue Human Resource as my path and I couldn’t be happier. I am a PGDM with specialisation in HR & pursuing LLB & currently in transition of being HR Professional - expertise and knowledge of HR Generalist & HRBP role throughout employee life cycle - Hire to Retire - primarily in Top Hospitality Chain and Management Consulting firms and real estate- investment management firms.I try to discover not only right competences but also motivate of potential employees for available roles, always striving to create perfect synergy. & I firmly believe human/employees are the priceless assets. I enjoy working in a team and create a sense of belonging with each other. I am a strong believer in the philosophy that talent wins games but teamwork and camaraderie win championship.As a sportsman, I believe nothing beats hard work, sincerity and diligence.Outside of Work - A slow in speak and quick in listen- Hi - I enjoy vegetarian diet & I enjoy reading on Psychology Cognitive Behavioural concepts and philosophy and some non fiction books. And I am a big spiritual practice followers. On the more lighter side of things I am found of playing Basketball, football, Cricket & Snooker, I am also doing practice on astrology, I love travelling and I am a good painter also. I love filming or shooting/editing videos of a daily lives, I do writing, blogging, dancing and exploring highly creative ideas in free times. Also associated with NGOs - education for underprivileged children and animals welfare.My oxygen in life is to meet people, to go to places, to walk in the streets and spending good times with family and friends. I also enjoy sapling, gardening, nature walk and I enjoy seeing sunrise in the morning and doing basic yoga and meditation as routine.
