As Manager for Presales in the Emerging Customer Group, Arvind is responsible for managing cross-functional, full life-cycle service delivery for customers across all the SMB space (Commerce, Enterprise, Media, Financial Services, Manufacturing & Technology) within Americas served by Akamai.Responsibilities include the following: - Sales Alignment - Work closely with their counterparts in Sales and Services, to help execute the plan to protect and grow the business. Develop account plans and work jointly to address regional customer satisfaction, competitive differentiation, and other elements of the business. - Planning and Execution – Proactively drive initiatives to improve the pre sales capabilities of the team to improve customer satisfaction. In addition, help Sales achieve strategic product and revenue goals and services revenue goals. - Resource Planning and Allocation – Develop yearly resource planning and allocation strategy, in alignment with the division directors. This includes performance management, compensation and hiring. - Professional Development – Responsible for developing team’s consulting, technical, and leadership skills to achieve employee satisfaction and scale our business.

- Manage Clients by acting as the primary point of contact for any product related queries related to the Alldata product ensuring that all of them are addressed within the defined SLA. - Follow-up on technical queries with internal teams and communicate solutions directly with Client technical teams. - Work with clients on enhancing existing product by mapping the request against the product design specifications and the scope of implementing those changes. - Provide on call support for weekly and quarterly releases and taking part in the readiness meetings before undertaking any major release - Lead cross functional efforts with Engineering, QA, operations and other internal teams during partner reported outages as well as any release impacted client issues. - Assist with troubleshooting client issues by analyzing server logs, XML request/response and SSO information as required while providing insight to internal teams on the required resolution.
